Instructor-Led Online Training (with Hands-On Options)

Live Online Training – Real Instruction, Real Equipment, Real Results

Budgets are tight. Time is often tighter. But you still need quality training that actually sticks and makes a difference...

Our Live Online courses deliver expert-led instruction to your home or jobsite - without the travel costs, logistics, or time away from family.

This Is NOT Click-Through Slideshow Training

Forget the typical automated, sterile, AI-generated content that puts people to sleep. Our courses are led live by an instructor with decades of field experience, top-tier certifications, and a genuine passion for helping people learn.

The tone is relaxed. The pace is engaging. And yes - learning can actually be enjoyable when it's done right.

Live Demonstrations - Seeing Is Believing

At least 50% of every course is live demonstration on real equipment. Our proprietary setup uses multiple high-definition cameras viewing actual instruments and trainers on our dry-erase "white-benches." You see the equipment from multiple angles while the instructor explains, sketches, and answers questions in real time.

Our unique approach ties concepts together and connects them to reality - resulting in long-term retention and the ability to apply what you've learned. This goes way beyond the typical factoid-and-memory-based training that dominates industry today.

Our demo-based online training is truly the next best thing to being there.

Access to our learning portal

Each registered student receives a 30-day subscription to our online learning portal - a gold mine of resources including session recordings, tutorial videos, helpful checklists and guides, lab instructions, interactive simulations, challenge exercises, and more.

Built-In Q&A Time

Questions don't wait until the end. We build Q&A into every session. And additional one-on-one instructor help is available if desired.

Flexible Scheduling

To accommodate working professionals, we offer sessions during:

  • Typical working hours (weekdays)
  • After-work and weekend options

All sessions are recorded. If you need to step away for an emergency, you can catch up on what you missed.

For Maintenance Managers: Train Your Team Without the Headaches

You've got 2-6 technicians who need training. But the math doesn't work:

  • Onsite training? Instructor travel costs plus pulling your whole crew off the floor for days. One emergency call and your training investment walks out the door.
  • Send them to public courses? Flights, hotels, per diem - times six people. Plus you're short-staffed for a week.

There's a better way.

With Live Online training, your team learns from your facility. They stay available for emergencies. If someone gets pulled away, they watch the recording and catch up - no lost investment.

Need hands-on practice? Rent one shared equipment station. Your team rotates through labs during or after the live sessions.

Example: Train 6 Technicians in Basic Electrical Troubleshooting (20 hours)

Course registration (6 seats × $595) $3,570
Hands-on equipment rental (1 shared station, 14 days) $795
Shipping & handling ~$55
Total ~$4,420
Cost per technician ~$737

Compare that to flying your crew somewhere or bringing an instructor onsite at $15,000+ after travel, logistics, and downtime.

Same quality instruction. Real hands-on practice. A fraction of the cost - and your team stays on-call.

For Individuals: Invest in Yourself

Maybe your employer won't send you to training. Maybe you're between jobs and building skills. Maybe you just want to get ahead.

Our online courses let you learn from home on a schedule that works for you - evenings, weekends, whatever fits.

And if you want hands-on practice? Rent the training equipment and go deep. The live course covers 15-20 hours of instruction, but the equipment rental gives you access to far more lab exercises than we cover in class. We include additional video tutorials so you can spend dozens of hours solidifying concepts, building confidence, and truly mastering the material.

This isn't just a certificate for your wall. It's real capability that shows in your work.

Hands-On Equipment Option

We believe in hands-on learning - but we know travel isn't always possible.

That's why we created our hybrid Online + Hands-On courses. While you observe live HD demonstrations, you can perform the same lab exercises (and more) at your location using real training equipment.

We ship the equipment directly to you - available to rent. Pay only for what you need. If you already own common items like multimeters, process meters, or HART communicators, your costs are even lower.

Each base station includes an HD camera with a gooseneck arm so the instructor can view your equipment, provide guidance, and verify lab completions.

What course areas are you interested in for our Online Training? You can also list / explain your situation and what you are hoping to achieve from the training.
Are you interested in the hands-on option for our online courses? The cost will be higher due to obvious cost of leasing equipment. You will have options to select only equipment needed (if you already have applicable test gear, etc.) and are not required to rent all applicable equipment. Rental equipment will typically require a deposit (or hold on credit card) for cost of equipment until returned If desired, we will also provide suggestions and links for DIY gear rentals or acquiring low cost gear (from eBay, or low cost purchase gear from online suppliers).
Would you want to include Instructor Lab Time (to help you through lab exercises and/or to provide 1 on 1 or small / closed group tutorials and lab exercises)? Instructor time will typically be based on 2-hour prescheduled blocks and offered based on availability. Instructor time will be billed and scheduled in advance - cancellations or changes will not be allowed unless amenable to both parties. Instructor time for small groups 2 or more has slight upcharge per additional student / lab station. However, this can be a very effective solution for low cost training of your team. Let us know your thoughts and needs. Expound on any special requests or needs for Instructor Extra Time below.

Let us know what type of timing might work best for your situation & time zone. Factor in that course sessions must be either 2, 4, or 8 hours in length and number of days x course hours must add up to course hours total.
