This is a summary list, but could easily serve to start a comprehensive program to improve I&C maintenance functions of a plant or facility.
Most failures are mechanical in nature - so valves and associated mechanical systems are a high value target for reliability programs, yet most organizations barely scratch the surface on this low hanging fruit of the reliability tree.
