Live Online Training

Our live online courses blend the convenience of remote online training with the power and value of hands-on training.

A complete training station will be provided for each course student.

Each station will include an interactive camera system to allow Instructor to peer in and help with various lab exercises and to gauge progress.

Live online training for key courses is offered on a periodic basis, based on demand. If you are interested in a remote option of any of our courses, and do not see it on the schedule, please give us a call to see when we might be able to arrange one that suits your needs.

We do allow students to "pair up" in our online training courses. Only one set of equipment, textbook, instructor 1:1 hours, and other materials will be provided at single enrollment cost - but we do see value in students pairing up on the labs and study, and therefore allow up to 2 students to attend for cost of 1. This can help divide up the cost and typically results in no degradation of learning value.

Our live online courses also include optional preparatory "homework" in advance of each lesson, as well as optional knowledge verification assignment after each lesson, for those who want to maximize the value of the course. Lesson preparatory work or knowledge verification work submitted to Instructor will be reviewed, graded, and applicable guidance will be provided.

Each live online course includes a certain number of hours of 1:1 instruction time with Instructor, as well as open group instructor Q&A time for one hour after each session (sometimes more). This is to ensure each student gets the help they need to succeed. In some cases, Instructor may provide additional 1:1 hours at no cost.

In general, remote training has been inferior to in-person training - but we have worked very hard to find solutions to the problems so that our remote online courses deliver real results and help individuals and organizations progress and advance.
