This program is very flexible and can be tied in with other skills development related services. 

We can develop specific training materials for your internal use in developing the skills of your personnel. We can also create custom tutorials and training aids for critical or difficult tasks (we refer to this as ON DEMAND training). 

This can include development of customized job/equipment workbooks, progress guides, tutorials, how-to videos, procedure videos, task animations, etc.).

This is a very high ROI service that helps bridge the gaps of normal knowledge fade over time and helps blend knowledge with available resources in a very effective way. When combined with our training services, we can provide an extremely strategic and holistic long-term approach to solving the skills needs of your organization. 

We can assist with technical screening of new and potential employees.

This can be done in numerous ways including:

• Digital online 'pre-screening' exams
• In-person or remote interviews or 'live exams'
• Development of hands-on (practical) skills testing scenarios and equipment. 

We can help you select personnel who have the appropriate knowledge, skills, and abilities required to succeed in your organization, and can provide guidance on what types of training or assistance each candidate might need. We can even develop individualized training plans and mentoring / coaching services to help individuals reach expectations. 

We can also help in establishing role descriptions, knowledge/skills/abilities expectations to use in effective and fair job posting, screening & selection programs.

We can assist in developing effective competency and/or skills assessment programs for your personnel. 

We can provide as much assistance as desired as part of this service, including: establishment of detailed skills expectations, development of guidance programs, skills assessments (remote and/or in person), progress tracking & reporting, etc.

We can work with personnel in your organization (individually and/or in groups) to help them reach desired objectives.

Our Coaching & Mentoring program can be administered remotely and/or in person and can be a fantastic solution to situations where an employee just needs some expert guidance and possibly some targeted training or tutoring in order to reach their full potential. 

Note - Due to time (and costs) involved, and the investment in getting to understand an organization's needs and details, our coaching and mentoring services are typically only offered as an add-on component to larger training projects (typically with 20-40 technicians or more) but may be a viable solution for smaller organizations in some cases. Contact us to discuss this option as a part of the overall skills development plan for your team.  

We also offer technical consulting services in any of our areas of expertise (Primarily Instrumentation, Calibration, Automation, Process Control, and PLC's). 

This service is offered on an 'as-available' basis and is primarily reserved for our training customers as an add-on value.
